- Step 1: Fill out Player Card
- Step 2: Submit payment
- Step 3: Complete and sign Liability Release Form (copies available at all gym locations)
You will then be included on the Free Agent List to await pickup. A Free Agency list comprising of six (6) or more players may be formed into a team and scheduled for the remainder of the season.

- Step 3: Set Official Team Roster
- Step 4: All players must complete and sign a Liability Release Form (copies available at all gym locations)
Upcoming season is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Teams will not be added to the upcoming schedule until payment is received. (see Payment Principles)
